I spoke with our new super the morning the boiler repair service was coming and requested that he ask directly about the status of the boiler (to replace?) and to give the information to Elliot Small.
The next morning - he told me the service stated the boiler needed SIGNIFICANT repairs but that they HAD NOT made a suggestion to replace it.
He informed the Expansion Group of this conversation and was told they are "waiting for the cold weather to end"
Does this make any sense at all????
Sounds like more cold water showers or showerless days in our future!
Sure hope my proposed rent for the oncoming year is $0.00
